Ifunanya Ngadi has been a Corporate Law Clerk at Kodem Law Firm since May 2024. Ifunanya has a background in Technology and Information Systems which allows her to better serve clients. She is currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate at Texas A&M University School of Law where she gained an interest in corporate law and intellectual property. In school, Ifunanya is a member of the Trademark & Copyright Clinic where she helps clients with their trademark and copyright matters. As the Executive Editor of the Journal of Property Law and as a Research Assistant, Ifunanya refined her legal research and writing skills as well as client communication and engagement. In addition to working as a Clerk, Ifunanya is currently a 3L Representative for the Student Bar Association, the President of the Women of Color Collective, and the Treasurer of the Black Law Students Association. Ifunanya’s hobbies include cooking, crocheting, and playing video games.
