Our History

Our founder, Sharadha Kodem, formed Kodem Law Firm in 2015. Since then, Kodem Law has continued to grow, and we now serve clients not only throughout the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area but throughout the country.

Kodem Law has built a reputation for its skills in handling immigration and compliance matters. Recently, Kodem Law expanded and now has a corporate law department, where we offer a range of corporate services, including but not limited to, contract review, contract drafting, legal entity formation, and civil litigation services. We are known to take on complex cases of all kinds, while still providing high-quality work.
